Terms of Use – Plankpad App

1. General

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Plankpad mobile application (“App”) provided by Hello Products GmbH. By downloading and using the App, you agree to these terms.

2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Plankpad offers optional, auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features such as additional games, workouts, and challenges.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if a subscription is purchased before the trial ends.
• We do not store or process any payment information. All transactions are handled securely by Apple.

3. Content & Usage

All content in the app (text, images, workouts, games, etc.) is the property of Hello Products GmbH and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

4. User Responsibilities

You use the app at your own risk. Always consult a physician before starting any new fitness program, especially if you have medical conditions or injuries.

5. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to this processing.

6. Liability

Hello Products GmbH is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the app or exercises performed incorrectly.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
